New 2011 tours from Cosmos

Cosmos has launched its 2011 North America programme offering its largest-ever selection of escorted tours, rail journeys, resort holidays and cruises throughout the USA and  introducing a selection of upgraded tours from sister company, Globus.

The ‘Select by Globus’ range offers superior touring holidays with centrally-located, first class hotels, deluxe coaches, door-to-door private transfers to and from home to the chosen UK departure airport (within a 75 mile radius), daily breakfast plus many lunches and dinners.  All Globus tours also offer a wider range of included guided excursions as well as welcome cocktails and a farewell dinner.

The new ‘Select by Globus’ range includes the 15-day Western Explorer (from £2455), Parks & Canyons Spectacular (16 days from £2,559), America’s Historic East (10 days from £1,875) and Fall Foliage Getaway (10 days from £1,945).

Also new for 2011 – single room supplements will be waived on a first come, first served basis on eight of the operator’s best selling tours.

Other new tours introduced for 2011 include California’s Classic Railroads (11 days from £1499), National Parks & Trains of Colorado (10 days from £1,499) and Southern Cross Country (23 days from £2,239) which spans the USA from the Pacific Ocean to the East coast.

Direct flights to the USA are offered from up to 6 UK airports with connecting flights to London Heathrow or Gatwick from UK regional airports available for just £25.
