Hawaii rides the wave

Hawaii is paying homage to the wave with the opening of a new museum of surfing in Hononlulu.

The Honolulu Surfing Museum is an incredible collection of surfing and sufing lifestyle artefacts and explores the origins, evolution and current state of surfing and showcases surf lengends from the past and the present.

The collection includes surf memorabilia including vintage surfboards, classic surfing footage, a Hollywood prop or two and a historic collection of musical instruments that are unique to Hawaii.
