TV spikes Yellowstone interest for Titan

Escorted tours specialist Titan HiTours reckons that the BBC’s Sunday evening series ‘Yellowstone’ has led to an increase in interest of around 26 per cent for its tours to Yellowstone National Park.

The BBC series follows the wildlife and wilderness of Yellowstone through each season of America’s first National Park, which occupies a high plateau ringed by the Rocky Mountains.

Titan HiTours offers a number of tours from June to September with a knowledgeable local guide that take in the thermal features including ‘Old Faithful’, the famous roaring Geyser, together with the cascading waterfalls and emerging wildlife after the long, harsh winter.

Yellowstone is included in a 17-day ‘Awe-Inspiring National Parks’ itinerary from £1995pp. Taking a route through Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Arizona the journey retraces many of the tracks first explored on horseback by the old west pioneers, from the Rocky Mountains to the Southern Utah parks of Canyonlands, Arches, Bryce and Zion, as well as the Grand Canyon.

Alternatively, the 22-day ‘Western Splendour, Parklands and Canyons’ costs from £2495pp traveling from Seattle to Palm Springs via the Glacier National Park and Yellowstone to Salt Lake City and Monument Valley.

The costs of both tours include flights, accommodation, all transfers and most excursions plus the VIP Home Departure Service.
