Summer fun at the Boston Harborfest

BOSTON will celebrate its 27th Annual Harborfest celebrating the colonial and maritime history of America’s Revolutionary birthplace between Tuesday July 1 and Sunday July 6.

The six-day celebration will feature over 200 events, including historical re-enactments, walking tours, sunset harbour cruises, and free concerts on City Hall Plaza throughout the week.

Among the entertainment highlights are:
• Wednesday, July 2 – Children’s Day for musical sing-alongs, face painting, balloon animals, and many more activities
• Saturday, July 5 – Annual Party on the Plaza from 18.00 to 22.00
• Sunday, July 6 – Visitors to the 27th Annual Chowderfest will vote for “Boston’s Best Chowder” after sampling traditional New England style clam chowder from top area restaurants (11.00 – 18.00). There is free admission to more than half of the 200 plus events. Visit www.BostonHarborfest.com
